What are we doing to keep you safe?

We want to reassure you that we are doing all that we can to ensure that those within our care, our staff team and the general public are kept safe. We have supplied all staff with additional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), which includes gloves, aprons, face masks, shoe covers, cleaning materials, hand wash and sanitiser. In addition to this, all of our staff have completed further training in COVID-19 Awareness. All staff are now tested weekly and will be self-isolating if a positive result is returned.

On a daily basis we are receiving guidance from the government, PHE and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We have received guidance from our local authority, Essex County Council, and we have implemented this into our working practice. Limiting face-to-face contact inside and outside of work has been essential in reducing the risk of spreading the virus, and we are committed to doing all that we can to provide a professional and caring service. If you would like any further information or guidance sent to you, we can provide this in a number of formats to suit your needs. Our office team are working remotely but still contactable on 01371 502018.
