Learning and Support Services is a family run business. We are a friendly and dedicated care company with over ten years of experience within the care sector. We are extremely passionate about providing an outstanding standard of care and support service to our service users. Our team are on call 24 hours a day, all year round.
​
We understand that everyone is unique and has different needs. Therefore, we provide a wide range of services ranging from home care support, waking night service, sleep ins, personal care and much more. At Learning and Support Services we focus on your individual capabilities.

We provide a service to meet your needs, but we also strive to support you as an individual to be as independent as you can. We want you to be comfortable in your environment and will match the staff to your needs. Supported by a fully trained team, you will grow in confidence, learning new skills to help you achieve your goals. We will monitor your progress with regular reviews and feedback, identifying areas for improvement for you and for us.

About our team
​
Learning and Support Services have a fully trained and knowledgeable team. As soon as regulations are updated so is our staff's training. It is our duty of care to keep our team fully up-to-date with new laws, policies and procedures so they can continue to provide an excellent service to our customers. Our carers use their own living skills, experiences and knowledge to support you in the community and in your home. Our aim as a company is to give you the best quality of life and to give you the freedom, respect and dignity you deserve.
All staff at Learning and Support Services are vetted with a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). So that you as a customer are satisfied with the care we provide, we aim to match our team to our customers so that a rapport can be built which leaves you happy and comfortable at all times.

When the opportunity arises, we offer our dedicated team the chance to further their development by enrolling them onto courses to enhance their knowledge and skills. These courses range from mandatory training to higher level Diplomas.
​
Supervisions are conducted regularly with staff so that they can set their own goals and work on an action plan. We don't only seek feedback from staff, we also ask for feedback from our customers. It is important that we receive feedback from service users so we are up-to-date on their needs and that you are satisfied with the care provided.
