Learning and Support Services are part of the Essex County Council Live At Home Framework. This means that we receive Care Packages directly from Essex Social Services, but we also accept contracts that are financed on Direct Payment or privately funded. 

The level of care that you receive does not depend on how your Care Package is funded; everyone we support receives a high level of care. Essex County Council also audit us to ensure that we are complying with the terms and conditions of the Framework. This way, you can be assured that we are working hard to achieve the highest level of recognition that we feel our staff team deserve.
